The hotel's 45 unique rooms have interiors inspired by Italian art, spas, and architecture. The rooms are spread across three buildings: the original Villa, Il Loggiato, and the Il Villino SPA building. Bold details such as glass panel room dividers, black and white murals, and antique lamps are incorporated. All rooms come with complimentary Wi-Fi, flat-screen TV, air conditioning, and minibar. Some rooms include classic claw-foot bathtubs or whirlpool tubs. Il Villino SPA rooms and Junior Suites also have a balcony with river views. An outdoor heated pool and wooden hot tub as well as a spa with Roman-style baths are available.

Flora & Fauno, the on-site restaurant, is quaint and relaxed with a fireplace, floral curtains, and whimsical ceiling lamps made out of straw hats.
